  1. SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR -   REF: WSL/11/2022/SYSADM/01

The interested applicant will be required to have the following minimum requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, management information systems or closely related field from a recognized institution by the Ministry Of Education.
  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Information systems, Computer science, BIT, Software engineering, Computer engineering or any other Degree related to ICT is an added advantage.
  • Age bracket 25 - 35 years
  • Be a Kenya citizen
  • K.C.S.E minimum C plain
  • Any professional course/certification related to ICT will be an added advantage.
  • Being a member of an accredited ICT professional body will be an added advantage.
  • 3-5 Years of database, network administration or system administration experience involving Linux and Windows operating systems in a busy ICT environment.
  • A strong combination of hardware and software competency.
  • Knowledge of ICT industry best practices, systems security data backup/recovery and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Be proactive with good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to pay attention to details.

  1. AUDIT ASSISTANT REF: WSL/11/2022/AUDT/02

The interested applicant will be required to have the following minimum requirements

  • Aged between 25- 35 years
  • Bachelors degree in information systems or computer science
  • K.C.S.E minimum grade C plain
  • CPA (K)
  • Professional certification in IT audit, risk and security e.g. CISA, CIA and CISM those with Excellent understanding of auditing concepts and practices with a minimum of 2 years experience role in system auditor
  • In depth knowledge of IT technologies ( operating systems, relational data bases, network/ mobile technologies
  • Excellent oral and written skills; strong verbal communicator, analytical writer and able to clearly and concisely convey personal observations of processes, risks and controls
  • Demonstrate knowledge in risk assessment and control concept/methodologies
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner
  1. PROCUREMENT CLERK - REF: WSL/11/2022/PROC/03

The interested applicant will be required to have the following minimum requirements

  • Aged between 25- 35 years
  • A diploma in purchasing and suppliers management , degree in procurement and supply chain management is an added advantage
  • K.C.S.E minimum grade C plain
  • A minimum of two years as a procurement clerk
  • CPA II is an added advantage
  • Must be a computer literate
  1. ACCOUNTS CLERK - REF: WSL/11/2022/AC/04

The interested applicant will be required to have the following minimum requirements

  • Aged between 25- 35 years
  • Diploma in finance and banking or Co-operative Management from a recognized institution
  • K.C.S.E minimum C grade
  • CPA 2 minimum
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy accounts office

The interested applicant will be required to have the following minimum requirements

  • Diploma in credit management or co-operative management, Those with related degree will have an added advantage

  • Those with experience of 2 years and above in credit management will have an added advantage

The interested applicant will be required to have the following minimum requirements

  • KCSE minimum C grade
  • At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service or related field

  1. DEBT RECOVERY OFFICER - REF: WSL/11/2022/RO/07

The interested applicant will be required to have the following minimum requirements

  • Aged between 30-35 years
  • K.C.S.E minimum grade C plain
  • CPA II or diploma in credit management
  • Those with two (2) years and above of professional experience in debt collection will have an added advantage
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of recovery processes with sound understanding of debt recovery process and techniques
  • Must have a strong computer skills and must support with relevant computer certificates
  1. HUMAN RESOURCE CLERK - REF: WSL/11/2022/HRM/08

The interested applicant will be required to have the following minimum requirements

  • K.C.S.E minimum grade C plain
  • Hold a higher diploma in human resource management,
  • Aged between 25-35 years
  • 1 years’ experience in human resource management
  • Experience in banking and SACCO sector is an added advantage
  • Computer literature with knowledge of computerized human resource systems
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner

  1. LEGAL & COMPLIANCE OFFICER - REF: WSL/11/2022/LEGO/09

The interested applicant will be required to have the following minimum requirements

  • Diploma in law
  • Age 30-35 years
  • K.C.S.E minimum grade C plain
  • Those with Bachelors degree in law (an advantage)
  • A minimum of 1 year working experience preferably within the financial services environment
  • Good understanding of compliance activities in financial services
  • High level of determination and tenacity
  • Articulate, effective communication skills with ability to communicate internally and externally ( lawyers, Regulators, auditors) at all levels
  1. RECORDS MANAGEMENT OFFICER   - REF: WSL/11/2022/RMO/10

The interested applicant will be required to have the following minimum requirements

  • Age 25-35 years
  • K.C.S.E minimum grade C plain
  • Diploma in records management
  • Those with Bachelors degree is an advantage
  • 1 year relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Document management System ( added advantage)

  • Experience in handling a press conference.

  • Ability to pitch to media.

The interested applicant will be required to have the following minimum requirements

  • K.C.S.E minimum grade C plain
  • Age 25-35 years
  • Diploma in Mass communication, Public Relations or  marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing field - mass communication an added advantage.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • A minimum of 1- 2 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position in a busy working environment
